Panurgem was founded in 1994 by David and Estelle Farwell who set about establishing a foundation for a specialist Project Management services provider.

With a successful background in business, John DalCollo joined Panurgem in 2002 and continued his disciplined and methodical approach. John initiated immediate growth with a view to solidifying Panurgem as a leader in the Project Management Services market place and in 2004 he took the helm as Managing Director.

John epitomises the essence of Project Management and good old fashioned customer service, with a determination to promote the need to listen and consider all input from stakeholders, whilst also maintaining a flexible approach to ensure developing client project needs are accommodated.

The business has grown exponentially over the past few years, with Team Panurgem now boasting in excess of 30 personnel with a diverse range of backgrounds, all complimentary to the end result, to deliver to scope, on time and within budget.

Right from inception our staff are taught to aim for perfection – perfection to us is meeting client needs and delivering successful project outcomes.

In December 2011, Panurgem was acquired by Nova Systems as part of both organisations ongoing diversification and growth strategies.

Panurgem will complement and strengthen the existing Utilities focus of the Nova Group of Companies whilst maintaining its existing valued customers and affiliations.

John remains part of Panurgem as Leading Executive Officer within the Nova Group.
